The home has 5 full bedrooms. One of them is the Master Suite which is located seperately in an own wing of the house. The 5th bedroom can also be used as an office. The spacious great room with an open kitchen, formal dining and a nook is the core of the home. The sliders integrate the covered lanai into the living area. There is a seating with a great view on the canal. The salt water pool has an infinty edge. The spa is integrated with a 360° spillover. Pool and spa are illuminated colorfully.
Master Suite
The Master Suite consists of a bedroom with access to the pool area and a bathroom. There is a kingsize bed. The illuminated tray ceiling creates a great atmosphere. You have a beautiful view on the canal. A walk-in closet which is located in the master suite offers much space for clothes.
There are two granite washing stands with big mirrors in the master bath. The walk-in shower has a rain shower head. Additionally, there is a bathtub. The windows are made of opaque glass, so the bath is light but one cannot look into the bath.
Great Room
The big couch offers space for relaxing. There is an entertainment center with a TV and a soundsystem. The tray ceiling is illuminated. The sliders open the room to the covered lanai. Formal dining, nook and kitchen are open to the Great Room.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open to the living room. The kitchen equipment (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge) is high-quality. All tops are made of granite, as well as the backsplash. You will not miss anything in the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is the formal dining room which offers enough space for a dinner with 10 people. On the other side of the kitchen there is the nook with a view on the pool area and the canal.
Pool & Spa
The great pool has an infinty edge. The water seems to flow into the canal. There is a 360° spillover spa which is integrated in the pool. Both are saltwater pools heated by electric or solar heater. The panorama screen protects you against insects without an impact on the view on the canal. At night pool and spa are illuminated colorfully. The pool area is planted.
Lanai
The spacious lanai (540sq ft) features a seating wich is open to the living room with the sliders. There is a BBQ for having a barbecue. The speakers in the tray ceiling which can be illuminated are connected with the soundsystem in the entertainment center.
Dock
Your boating fun starts right here: at the dock. The captain´s walk makes boarding easy. The dock is built obliquely in the canal, so it is easy to dock even for beginners.
