- The costs for electricity are included until $50/week. Additional costs are paid by the tentant according to the meter readings (currently $0.14/kWh).
- Security deposit amounts 500€.
- Minimum stay: 1 week. Exceptions possible by prior agreement.
- You may pay in euro (€) or US dollar ($).
- Optionally you can rent a boat which lies at the private dock.
- No additional charges at Easter and Christmas!
You pay between 32 and 72 US $ per person/day with an occupation of 4 people, children younger than 10 years are free. You get a 2700sq ft villa with a private dock and a big pool. This offer is better than the one of an hotel and our home is even a better place for vacation.
