Pool & Spa

The great pool has an infinty edge. The water seems to flow into the canal. There is a 360° spillover spa which is integrated in the pool. Both are saltwater pools heated by electric or solar heater. The panorama screen protects you against insects without an impact on the view on the canal. At night pool and spa are illuminated colorfully. The pool area is planted.

Lanai

The spacious lanai (540sq ft) features a seating wich is open to the living room with the sliders. There is a BBQ for having a barbecue. The speakers in the tray ceiling which can be illuminated are connected with the soundsystem in the entertainment center. 

Dock

Your boating fun starts right here: at the dock. The captain´s walk makes boarding easy. The dock is built obliquely in the canal, so it is easy to dock even for beginners.
